"Staff was so nice and helpful"

"Very easy check in, pleasant staff, and lovely to have access to a great coffee machine down in the lobby. The room was very clean, with a nice view, but it was very small."

"When is a resort not a resort? In this case, when it doesn't provide any facilities outside the room. There's a rooftop bar in summer but nothing at other times. Staff were pleasant but breakfast was limited and when we asked for a second cup of coffee we had to pay for it. The room is large but was taken up by 4 double futons and a massive hanging screen for projecting TV/video. We felt it was intended for a large group who wanted to watch DVDs all day. The cost would have been fine split 8...

"ホステルを使うのが初めてでした。 不安が先行する感じから泊まりましたが、第２の我が家の様な感じで、宿泊出来た事に満足しています。 "

"改装済の綺麗な和室で快適に過ごせました。 また、露天風呂はありませんが、温泉はじっくりと浸かれます。 温度が高めなので、長湯はしない方が良いかもしれません。 全体的に湯治宿みたいな雰囲気です。"
