"The staff were friendly and the breakfast was simple (green salad, two egg fries, bread with butter and jam, fruits, and a pot of coffee or black tea) but delicious. Personally I liked Peppermint’s breakfast better than buffet breakfast, because we ate everything that’s served. No waste, so eco-friendly. Another thing we liked was a nearby museum. "Location of its facility is surrounded by magnificent and beautiful mountains with lots of green, atmosphere is totally different from big city Tokyo. The owner of pension is quite friendly, and capable to treat guest with "omotenashi" from his long experience. "
