「The whole property was amazing. I was available to upgrade my stay when I got there. Everyone was very nice & welcoming. I will come again soon I hope.」

「Friendly staff, clean rooms, and close to pharmacy, restaurant, and bakery. They also helped with my airport transport early in the morning. Overall, very comfortable and convenient!」

「Loved the vibe this property had. My overall stay was pretty good, the food was made fresh to order, the staff were as helpful as possible as my Spanish is extremely limited. The room could have been a bit cleaner but it’s understandable it’s basically out in the forest so perfectly clean wasn’t expected.

「We arrived and were offered an upgraded room in the same hotel—there are two separate buildings located right on the lakeshore. A young man on the front deck was very calm, courteous, and helpful, answering all our questions. A big thank you to him! ¡Muchas gracias...
