「Great place for a layover in Bogota or just to spend a couple days. Tons of bars and restaurants steps away, but not too loud at night」

「This is a nightmare hotel. They dont have confortable mattreses, no hot water in the mornings, towels literaly ripped and stained. The staff are a gang of rude venezuelan people. You have just 10 min to take the breakfast, because they dont have enough tables for all guest. You better pay a little bit more and you get something confortable for your stay.」

「The day shift receptionist said there were no Colombian pesos to convert my dollars, yet the afternoon receptionist said there was plenty. I asked for a towel because the maid did not return my large bath towel. The day shift receptionist gave me a small towel instead. The day receptionist said in front of my girlfriend 'what about the other woman that you had here yesterday'?. Very disgusting , nosey, and impolite day shift receptionist receptionist . receptionist?. 」

「I've stayed at this property multiple times and it's been good-great reach trip to Bogota. However this trip there is a noticable drop in the hotel standards. Usually they would not allow someone to have their television in high volumes. But for the past 2 hours(630pm) today 4/26/2024 this had been the case. So now aside from the clubs you have loud guests. If you're looking for a quiet night this is not the place. Staff is amazing, great Wifi coverage and safe. Just noise levels are not...

「This property is all it's said to be. It's a Hostal/Hostel that serves the local population as well as travelers. The beds are comfortable and the common areas are good. This is a nice property and the staff there is very friendly, but some what reserved until you get to know them. The next time I travel to Bogota alone this will be the Hostel of choice for me..
