「Location close to Kent station is convenient. Old rowhouse that needs more upkeep. Door #48 was so tight you had to throw your body at it to get it open. Don't get me wrong, for the price I expected funky, so I wasn't disappointed. They have a large kitchen with stove and fridge where you can prepare meals. Plumbing was fine, shower hot, linen and rooms were clean. Just need a little more attention to detail.」

「Great place to stay while waiting for college to start up」

「Really enjoyed our stay there. We settled in, then walked into town for dinner. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the house has a lot of character... it's around 200 years old! They prepared a light breakfast for us which was sitting outside our door in the morning. Easy to find and plenty of free parking out front.」

「The location was good, great view and has a large open space. The maintenance guy was helpful and friendly. It is advertised as a serviced apartment but all they did was take out the rubbish and then not replace the liner. The floors were quite dirty (our white socks very quickly turned dark) The bed was very firm, not what we're used to and we were given 2 double blankets on each bed instead of 1 queen blanket which was strange. The shower was lovely and warm which was nice. They only gave us...

「The room was simple, but had everything: a double bed, wardrobe, desk, a chair, severla outlets to use, heating and even a mirror on the wall. The condition of the room was excellent, heating works very well, and the reception staff were very helpful and responsive. The appartements come with a kitchen (shared), with plenty of fridge space, tea and coffee and a big table.」
