「Your breakfast was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay in Cranbrook. I will definitely stay at your hotel next time too.」

「The pet friendly room was rather gross. The door handle for the bathroom was loose and falling off. Only two towels were provided for both hot tub & shower. No coffee in the room. Carpet by beds were all stained and the baseboards all around were brutal. Definitely not worth the money unless there is absolutely nothing else available. 」

「The breakfast was good, the rooms were kept clean and the hotel was clean overall. The staff were really friendly and there is also a free Telsa charging port. The pool was small, but had a giant water slide. I would recommend this hotel for any family.」

「The room was comfortable and clean. Stayed two nights and had no problems or issues. Was able to get restocks of items with no issues, staff was friendly. Room was over downstairs pub, but there was no noise.」

「Black mold in the bathroom, sink didn't drain. When we told the staff about our problems, they refused to give us any sort of compensation because they already "upgraded us to a nicer room for no additional cost and we already got such a great deal for such a big room". Black mold and a sink that doesn't drain doesn't feel like much of an upgrade to me. Very disappointed, will not be returning.」
