"The accommodations were fantastic and convenient to shopping, restaurants and beaches for walking. The staff at the accommodation complex were welcoming and attentive to any issues and the representative from My Huatulco Vacations, Soloman, was exceptional and very responsive to all questions and receptive to all input. As first guests in this brand new accommodation there were some things that could be tweaked for future guests and he made note of any ideas provided."

"The hotel is a hop, skip and a jump from a amazing beach. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The rooftop was a great view. Drinks were spendy and Im not sure if they served food. It was definitely worth going up to get a great picture!"

"Staff never available. Poor communication. Rooms have mold, no hot water, terrible bed, scant furniture, room tiny. Bathroom discusting with mold, poor plumbing leaking water onto floor, no hot or even warm water, limited towel/1 pat of soap/1 tiny bottle shampoo for 2+ weeks. Two sick dogs, both hobbling on 3 legs, feces all through yard on path to pool. No one around ever...except to collect $. "

"We found the room stuffy with just a fan No outside space to sit We were eventually moved after 3 days to a smaller room with AC & a balcony, it was much better The staff were very friendly & accommodating. We paid $100, it usually rents for $50, which is what it should be. "
