「Unfortunately, it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The condition was so bad staff not friendly. The room was so uncomfortable dirty disgusting not very helpful at all. Staff are so rude and Elegant, not helpful some cases they raise their voice and shout don’t speak of English have to work with translator they have cheated me with the transport so many timesdon’t So many times 」

「Consider yourself warned. So many things went wrong with this property. The name of the hotel is not Raffles Executive. Thats peoblem number 1. Please look into Star Residence ICC in Tianhe. 」

「酒店地點方便，就在北京路步行街街頭，到北京路地鐵站步行1分鐘～ 酒店門面，裝修品味，房間音樂不錯，職員有禮～ 住宿包早餐，品種和味道不錯！ 房間面積尚大，但部份房間沒有向街的窗～ 酒店衛生良好，牆壁有刮痕，但應該和住客的行李箱有關～」

「　旅行で４泊しました。立地も良く、広州旅行の拠点として快適に過ごすことが出来ました。何より、オーナーと思われる方はとても気が利く方で、中国語がわからない自分に対しても、親身になって接していただきました。 　また、付近には様々な飲食店や商店が軒を連ねており重宝しました。早朝から営業している食堂がすぐそばにあるので、温かい朝ごはんにも困りません。連日、朝食で腸粉を食べましたが、後をひく美味しさでした。」
