「Our stay at Hampton Inn, Plattsburgh has always been very pleasant. We are regular customers. Hotel is well located, close to everything but in a quiet environment. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent as well as other facilities such as breakfast place or the lobby with its fresh coffee. However, the greatest quality of the hotel is its staff: Diane at the restaurant keeps the place very clean and the food is quality, appetizing and fresh. 「The hotel is tastefully decorated, the staff is very accommodating and congenial, and the rooms are comfortable. The only negative is the lack of daily housekeeping; you have to ask the front desk to empty the trash, etc. We stayed for 1 week and it seems the rooms are only cleaned and refreshed when the room is vacated.」
