"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at hotel Shinko resort. Be sure to include the half board (breakfast and Dinner) to your stay. Also take full advantage of the natural hotel hotspring! "

"Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Kawagoe with its historic 'Edo Town', as the nearest station (Matoba) is just two stops away. The very kind owner/host offers a comfortable place to stay with excellent hospitality and flexibility for not just solo travellers but couples and even small groups. "3日間お世話になりました。スタッフの方も優しく、居心地がよかったです。温泉もあり、貸切状態で子供たちとゆっくり入れました。朝ごはんの時間に大幅に遅れてしまったので諦めかけていたら、とっておいて頂いたみたいで、冷めてしまってるけどよかったら、と対応してくださいました。また来年お世話になりたいと思います。"
