「I’m incredibly grateful for this place. Coconut Inn took me in at a time when most hotels were fully booked due to airline issues, flight delays, and cancellations. There was an issue with another property that did not confirm my stay, and although I was stranded without a hotel, Expedia stepped in and helped relocate me within about an hour to Coconut Inn. 「Clean, comfortable place to stay when flying in late on NYE. Went to the rooftop to watch the amazing fireworks that were going off all over the city. Rooms were sorta small, with a tight hallway and bathroom, and the door slammed shut every time it closed, but once settled, we all slept well. There was some confusion with booking on Expedia and getting the check-in codes....needed to text back and forth with the front desk, but staff was super nice so it all was good. 」

「The hotel is an old building but has the minimum equipment: moderate speed wifi and airconditioner, but no fridge. The check-in process was a bit messy. Because my flight arrived at about midnight, the hotel had requested me to call the sister hotel in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel, there was nobody and I could not get into the hotel. So I walked to the sister hotel and got the key around 1:30 am.」
