"The stay and the food were OK. Nothing great. Stayed here for the price that seemed to be good. The hotel needs some minor and major upgrades. "

"Room was spotless, staff were courteous, in between Benaulim and colva ,20min walk to Sernabatim beach , overall a good 3 week stay"

"Quiet seaside property with private access to the beach from the rooms. Courteous staff. They can improve the condition of the restaurent. It is also a bit pricey."

"Nice stay"

"Only 6 rooms, with fan,air conditioning, shower ,toilet, wash basin. The water was always hot. The rooms are a good size with sink, one tap, mugs, plates and cutlery kettle large fridge but no cooking facilities. Large bed, double wardrobe and desk.Plenty of power points, remember to bring adaptors,Though they are cheap to buy there. There is a patio outside each room with a small table and chairs. The property is set in nice grounds and the owner,Stella takes pride in looking after it. There are only...

How unprofessional and dishonest and we have not yet been refunded! The rest of the site is totally unfinished but they advertise as if the...

The listing lies about wifi being available (it was available in one room), and about being all inclusive. Our room's door beeped for 5 minutes every time we opened it, the answer we received from front desk was "it'll stop in 5 minutes". No fix. There was pee on the toilet seat. The cleaner came with a...
