「The room is exceptionally good; it feels newly constructed. The staff is very polite, well-behaved, and neatly dressed. I would like to award a 5-star rating to the location, as it is situated in the heart of Goa and the LTC bus stand is just 400 meters away. The building is completely peaceful and quiet. Furthermore, the breakfast is one of the best I have had in recent times. Overall, I am fully satisfied with my stay, the courteous staff, and the delicious food.」

Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage.
