I have been to many hotels around the world but never found anything like Shanti Morada. Love this hotel. They provided personal attention and took care of every possible luxuries. The best part of my staying in Shanti Morada was, they served "Shisha(Hookah)" in the poolside(Actually Jacuzzi Side) bar. The pool was one of the best part of our staying. Marbella is beautiful property with top notch staff, the food is amazing and location is excellent. By the time we left we felt like family. During our trip to India we stayed in a range of hotels including 5 star luxury properties. Marbella was by far our favorite.

All the staff were amazing from front desk (Andy, et al), restaurant staff and cleaning crew. The thoughtfulness and hospitality of every person was outstanding. I can’t wait to return. We went shopping per Andy’s recommendations and got beautiful items to bring home. Can not recommend this place enough.

The property was amazing! It truly defined a heritage hotel — every corner felt authentically Goan. The staff were wonderful and the food was amazing too, though a bit on the pricier side as expected

Great staff

Hotel and services were excellent. Buffet breakfast was included and was truly sumptous. Staff were there all the time to make sure if we wanted anything more.Cudis to all and especially to Rajesh,one of their Chefs Beach is a stones throw away and u just walk through the property. Will definitely visit again. A great place to unwind!!

Great service and nice property..shout out to a few people that helped us a lot. Binita at check-in, Sachin at Beach Grill, Jivai and Benjamin for car services. Also thanks to the staff at Zest who took good care of us during breakfast!

Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

This property more than deserves a 5 star rating on service quality. Phenomenal customer experience. Jagruti (property manager) is one of the friendliest and efficient manager i have come across. Area around the propert may not the best but the property itself makes the stay enjoyable and relaxed.

Great hotel and amazing staff!

Excellent stay, service and staff brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Food was great, made fresh. Daily afternoon tea was a lovely touch. 1 recommendation would be to have parasols by the pool tables. We would have sat out more by the pool.
