"We were very disappointed in our stay. The hotel put two elderly people on the fourth floor with no woriking elevator.. Another guest said it hadn't worked in 5 years.When we went to the employee elevator it got stuck and i am claustrophobic. No emergency phones or buttons worked and when I called the front desk it went to voicemail and no one helped us. We finally got out by pushing buttons. We asked for a replacement room and it was not the same as what we paid for. The elevator incidence happened 2 x. No one from housekeeping picked up dirty towels or replaced tehem. Mold in the bathroom. Very unhappy with this hotel and Expedia recommendation.."
