The owner gave us entry info at the very last minute & only after I contacted them, the directions were very confusing, & it became apparent the whole booking was a scam. "From we arrived the front desk reception evening staff 23rd july made us fell welcome. The gentlemen who worked with Monalisa upon our arived and the other gentlemen that worked with here during Saturday shift were outstanding. In fact the entire reception staff were great. Lets not forget the ladies at the dinning area including the lady who assist me with getting a local mtn food card without her assistance were dead in the water phone wise. The housekeeping shorter house keeping lady with plaits in her hair that worked our floor room #355 went beyound her responsibilty to ensure our room was in order. Mr Elias who assist us with getting around was outstanding. The shuttle driving who worked the evening shift upon our arrival at the airport on 23rd july 2025 and departure on the afternoon of 30th july was great, he did not leave in fact he came looking for us when we were late returning from the airport foriegn exchange. The entire staff at the resort made our 8000 mile trip there memoriable. We have stayed at many hotels around the world and without a doubt this was our best. Thanks everyone from Mr and Mrs. Knowles. Even the local Mcdonalds down the street were great.

"This is an excellent hotel. It is exceptionally clean with very well appointed rooms. There are nice linens on the bed .The bathrooms are nice and new. There is a large separate shower and large jacuzzi tub. Chairs and chaise lounge are comfortable with cushions for the deck chairs. The water view is worth the money as it is a beautiful view. The pool area is really nice with plenty of comfortable seating for the size of the hotel.
There is a restaurant whose kitchen is open to the dining area producing good quality food.
Hotel is located in a very upscale neighbourhood. It is located across the non busy road from a beautiful lake (non swimming). The lake has a nice 2.5 km walk around it with very upscale homes on one side and the lake with birds on the other.
The hotel has good service and is impeccably clean with maintenance being kept up.
This is a fabulous and restful place to stay."
