「This is one of the best Hotels I stayed at in Europe. Quality of service was superb. Hotel was super clean a true 5 star experience. It’s 15 minutes away from the touristy area ( old town) but they have a water taxi that takes you there. It was like a free cruise experience in porto. The hotel was the highlight of our stay in Porto. Will be back for sure 」

Wir haben kürzlich in diesem neu eröffneten Boutique-Hotel übernachtet und waren rundum begeistert. Das Hotel ist klein, aber sehr stilvoll eingerichtet – mit viel Liebe zum Detail und in einem gepflegten, modernen Ambiente. Alles war absolut sauber und gut in Schuss.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage auf der Gaia-Seite des Flusses – direkt neben der berühmten Luis-I-Brücke. Von hier aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über den Douro...
「Really interesting hotel in a great location with super friendly staff. Mix of business and pleasure meant some great facilities. Rooftop bar and swimming pool were fab. Room was large and there was a great shower. Had a wee bit of an issue with the air conditioning (but that was probably me!!) and the pillows were a bit soft but did spoil my stay. 」
「The property is so tranquil and relaxing with beautiful views of the valley & river. The hosts Paul & Valeria made us feel so welcome. Very friendly and helpful with all our needs. With only 4 rooms currently, the place is intimate and at times all to yourself. Beautiful infinity pool, wood burning hot tub & sauna all with outstanding views. I would love to return when everything is in bloom. Highly recommend Quinta de Raj!! 」

"Located in central city with ease and convenience for sightseeing. Regret that reception only starts check in from 2:00pm (whether they have rooms ready or not does not matter) and will not let you check in until 2:00pm sharp (although reception will take passports for pre-registration before 2:00pm). Because of this rigid check-in time policy, check-in after 2:00pm takes time with a long line of people."

who talked loudly in the middle of the night (even around 3am).
Tourists need to be educated..

"The hotel is located very close to Sao Bento station and is within walking distance.
I was able to walk to all the main tourist attractions from this hotel.
The hotel room had a view of the church tower and the hotel courtyard, and the room was lovely and very clean.
The staff were all very kind.
I would like to stay here again when I go to Porto."
