"No one to greet upon arrival, then the man told us the wrong room number when we called. Breakfast was minimal, and very controlled by staff. Poor selection of items."

"We stayed 2 weeks in Italy and stayed in 5 different properties and this was our favorite. It’s not fancy by any means but safe, quiet, clean and comfortable and the location and experience of staying in a former monastery can’t be beat.
