Clean room, beautiful place

What a beautiful town and what kind people. A lovely walk away from the world-famous Assisi. Kind people, beautiful views and delicious food!

Booked last minute on our trip to Assisi not really knowing about this gem, but turned out to be the best! Very friendly staff. The location is just the best if your planing a trip to Assisi. The views are amazing and your not far from the basílica of st francis and Maria degli angeli. The best !

Assisi is an old world town. The hotel has wonderful views! The restaurant was excellent, dessert looked like art and tasted incredible!

This accommodation tops ALL the places we’ve stayed in Italy. The staff are gracious and so hospitable. Incredibly welcoming. The room, building, the terraces…all first class. Breakfast in the morning was bountiful and delicious. I recommend Portica 10 absolutely!!!

Castello Di Monterone is a small castle that has outfitted into an 11-12 room hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable with high quality bathrooms, windows, etc. There are lots of little alcoves, inside and out, to hole up in. This was our second visit to the beautiful LaTerrazza. Again, it did not disappoint. From the moment you enter the lobby, you are treated as if you were the only guest in the hotel. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and beautifully appointed. Our private terrace allowed us full views of the Mouth Subasio valley as we sat and sipped wine in the evening. Assisi is a wonderful medieval town, and Hotel Pax is a cozy, friendly, and well-run place to stay there. My girlfriend and I were the only guests on our first night there, and the owner stayed late to check us in, as we had a bit of trouble getting there on the bus system. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and she told us some of the town's and hotel's history as we ate breakfast. We stayed for two nights, and the owner helped us find the major attractions and arranged for our cab back...

This was a wonderful experience with a very special personal attention. We highly recommend anyone to stay here. The view to our hotel was magnificent! Silvia, the owner of the place is also the owner of a first quality restaurant, very prestigious. We dined there and the food is absolutely delicious! We will come back for sure.

What a VIEW! we had room 26 with a cutely decorated balcony facing the valley with a gorgeous bell tower standing guard. it was so peaceful Three minutes easy walk into town with dining, shopping and sites to see. The owners made us feel like family. Everyone so happy and friendly. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms were very up to date and artistically decorated. Would love to go there again!

Asis the town of St Francis of Asis, what an experice, I would love to leave in a little old town like that, the love that we felt in Asis is unexplainable, you have to be there.

Awesome hotel! The rooms, toilets and eating areas are very clean. The owners/staffs are very nice and courteous and helpful. This place felt like home away from home. Highly recommended and will stay here again when we come back to Assisi. Highly recommended!

The most lovely staff and a wonderful location. Breakfast was everything you could hope for in a start to your day.
