"Excellent location clean updated bathrooms amazing shower and perfect breakfast buffet"

"We loved everything about this property including the location."

"Absolutely beautiful place!! Lovely staff!!"

"Hotel Ristorante La Terrazza was the perfect base for a 4-day trip to Assisi and its surroundings. It's conveniently located near main attractions and just a 5-minute drive from the city center. The restaurant was excellent, the pool was well-maintained, and the location is simply stunning."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Also the breakfast was excellent. Everything considered the price was a great value. In addition the hotel is somewhat centrally located."

"Special location off the lovely square. Stefano, Maria and staff helpful (only downsize was noise early in morning from logs being delivered and bottles being taken away)"

"Great location; close to Assisi. Beautiful view of the valley below. Breakfast was good. Dinners were adequate. The only real issue was that both wifi and phone data were not available in the room."

"Excellent location near all spots we wanted to visit."

"Perfect location and cozy, beautiful spot."

"Overall it was a good place to stay. It’s a very simple place, which is great for Assisi. The biggest issue is the communication from the host. The host sent an email the day we were supposed to check in with crucial info to get in the property. The host didn’t tell us to look out for this email, and we didn’t have data, so we didn’t check our email when Wi-Fi was available. The host should have told us when we made the reservation to expect an email the day of check in."

"This is a 5 Star hotel! The room was lovely with wonderful amenities; the grounds were beautiful and spacious; the staff was very welcoming, helpful and professional; and the food was delicious! I hope to return someday and highly recommend this property! ❤️"

"Very basic accommodation however; The pool was a bonus/ a good size the Staff were helpful , view was stunning, beds comfy showers hot -but extremely tight ! you need a car to get around, unless you enjoy walking up hills , to get to the centre if you can afford taxis up & down to Assisi centre daily you’ll have a great stay"

"The main issue was the location"

"Good breakfast with choice of hot beverage."

"Tutto perfetto, tranne i tanti ragazzi che correvano, urlavano, bussavano nel corridoio."
