「Great place for budget conscious travellers. Rooms are sufficient for those just wanting a place to sleep and leave their bags safely. Bathroom included hairdryer, towels, and hand and shower soap. Room had a small fridge and a safe. There was a small balcony with a table and two chairs as well a communal rooftop terrace. There was a communal sitting area with complimentary tea, coffe and cookies. This area also had an iron and ironing board, as well as a bookcase of books to read. ...

「スタッフの対応は丁寧で最高でした。英語が通じるので、スムーズにコミュニケーションが取れました。 トランクの鍵を無くし困っていたのですが、フロントに相談するとオーナーらしき方が部屋まで開けにきてくれました。了承し、鍵は壊しましたが、トランクが開いたので助かりました。 階段しかないので、トランクだと多少大変かと思います。」

「Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße zum Ballermann.Das Hotel war hellhörig, wodurch man nachts und tagsüber die anderen Hotelgäste durchgehend hören konnte. Das Zimmer war stark in die Jahre gekommen, keine Klimaanlage, nur ein alter Ventilator. Nach dem Duschen stand meist das ganze Bad unter Wasser, da der Abfluss nicht richtig funktioniert. Großer Pluspunkt des Hotels: Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend! 」

「This place is not with the money. The staff are very friendly. However when we arrived at night we walked into a hot room with no air-conditioning, no towels, no toiletries, no door in bathroom and no wifi. No lovely balcony as per photo advertised. Just a narrow space with horrible iron railings needing paint. Very noisy so difficult to sleep. We told next day of our concerns and we were moved to another room which had air-conditioning but none of the rest so i went back to reception where...
