「I love the Courtyard Marriott over all Marriott hotels. Why? it’s the warm feeling. The Marriott tower is huge and elegant. I like warm and inviting. This is a really nice hotel. Very peaceful!

「Room gets very cold during the winter time because their air conditioning system is malfunctioning, and it’s not only about my room because my two colleagues had exactly the same opinion about their room temperature. And if I tell that to their front desk, then they’ll come and fix it right away but it gets cold again on the next day. I wonder if they’re setting a “timer” or something.」
