"Great location! The suite was very comfortable and the hotel was clean and inviting with a very professional and friendly staff! We enjoyed our stay!"

The rooms DO have air conditioning, which is not mentioned on their website. Very pleasant stay overall."

"Spacious and clean room. Needs a shower enclosure on the tub in the bathroom. Beautiful view from our room. Awesome breakfast. Staff was friendly and speak English very well. Go to the old historic pub on the corner, Hospoda Na Peci. It's awesome!"
"Check in was seamless, suite was spacious, clean and with pleasant view. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly."

"We initially booked a triple room, but upon arrival, we were not given the room we reserved. The receptionist was unhelpful, unfriendly, and made no effort to resolve the situation. Instead of offering a solution, she demanded an extra fee of 500 CZK per night for an additional bed. When we asked to speak with the manager, she refused to let us do so. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. That said, the hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. We really liked the sauna, the pool, and the room in general. It’s just disappointing that the hotel offers triple rooms for booking when they apparently don’t have them available."
