「I could not go to the hotel by strike on the first day, but I could arrive on second day. However, they DID cancel without telling me despite I already paid for two days!!!Also they accepted with other customers to my room!! Then, they said that you should pay once again if you want to stay today! For worse condition room!!! I explained my situation and complained them...but they never paid back money!!! Also my friend stayed at this hotel. A cleaning person put all her food she brought her...

「街の中心でとても便利。ワイナリー、ワインショップからもかなり近い。路地が狭く駐車が難しいのが難点。ホテル、レストランは素晴らしく、また訪れたい。」

「ちょっとわかりにく場所にありますが、部屋は広くきれいで快適です。チェックインを9pmまでにしてほしいと連絡がありましたが、ビジネスでの宿泊だったのでもう少し遅くてもいいかと思います。駅からは遠いのでそういうのも考慮したチェックイン時間を設けてほしい。」
