「Alles war schön, saucer, und gut. Gerne wieder würde ich besuchen.」

「Monica was very friendly and always responded promptly to our emails. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants, supermarkets, and bus stops all within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wonderful variety of options. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!」

「The location was great, although I would recommend having a car to get around. The restaurant’s food selection was quite limited, so I’d suggest heading into town for more dining options. Unfortunately, during our stay, the spa facilities didn’t open on time, and the swimming pool water was lukewarm rather than comfortably warm or hot, which made the experience less enjoyable than we’d hoped. The staff, however, were great—friendly, helpful and very accommodating throughout our stay.」

「Definitely recommend staying here, plenty of space and lovely area」

「We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is spectacular. The rooms are roomy, very nice. The pools and spa services are top notch. The location is great, Ortesei is a great town and base for hiking in the Dolomite’s. If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, do it!」

「We enjoyed the lovely breakfast with eggs and the dinner with a lot of fresh vegetables. Hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful to check out local bus and schedule for us. Thank you very much!! There was only one umbrella for us to borrow. Wish you had more like other hotels.」
