"A great hotel in a great location. Whenever I come to Baku I usually stay here. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. "Apartments are fantastic, spotlessly clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. apartments are outside the city by about 15 mins but there is a free shuttle several times a day or taxis are cheap and the service bus which stops outside is even cheaper. I would recommend a visit and loved Baku."

"Bed smelled like urine, blankets were not changed for the entire stay, and one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable, it was leaking. The area of Baku I visited is a very interesting area. I was especially struck by several statues which were quite creative and well done.

A good city and its people are kind and friendly, but most of the population does not know the English language, which makes it difficult to communicate with foreign tourists often. Also, I liked it as a very safe city

We had an excellent tour guide with us for 3 days. He was very friendly and hospitable and wanted to make sure we had the best experience. Some locals treat tourists differently, but our tour guide was making sure that we got equal treatment.
