「This is a quaint, homey family owned and operated (from what I could tell) motel. It is old, probably from the 60s, but very clean. The curtains looked like they had been carefully sewn most likely by the owner, and installed with nice pull backs. The tile in the bathroom was nicely installed, and the bathroom was very roomy. The patio door was difficult to open as I have back issues. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was good, but only have 4 tables. 」

「Beautifully redone suite. Lots of space for a large family. The small kitchen saved so much money from eating out. The pool was warm and the room right by the water. The only complaint was that the conditioner bottle was fresh out. Thankfully the grocery store was walking distance. Overall a wonderful hotel that we hope to stay again. 」

「Seemed like a rip off. We booked a room with kitchenette. Apparently we were told to rent a kitchen box with pots/pens/cuttlery etc for an additional fee. Whats’s the point of booking a room with kitchenette without anything in it. I didn’t see anywhere on expedia that kitchenette is empty really and you have to pay more to make it usable. The room overall is dated including the kitchen appliances, no exhaust for the stove… guess you have to keep windows opened when you cook.」

Our initial room had some significant issues—the shower wasn’t working and the air vent was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable for my family. After raising our concerns, the team responded and moved us to a much better suite.
