「Tikal Futura hotel is the best hotel to stay for me, It has restaurant, pool, hot tub sauna, spa and more in the hotel and the best for me is that is connected or inside a shopping centre , mall ,,. There is plenty to do and wonderfully staff . 」

「The location is perfect! 7 minutes from the airport. The condition is great, clearness was good. The only issue was the internet, it never worked, we were barely able to connect and send some WhatsApp messages, the TV depends on the internet, so we almost didn’t watch any tv. Staff was great, and the shuttle to the airport is very convenient!!」

We stayed two nights and couldn't sleep because of the heat — the room didn't have air conditioning and out of the 3 windows, only one could be opened. And the noise from cars on the street makes it hard to sleep. For food nearby, there's only a food cart around.」

「Great location, close to the airport. The hotel is somewhat hidden, I went out to get snacks and found someone looking for the hotel so I helped him out. The staff is very courteous and friendly. They had a continental breakfast ready for us in the morning and drove us to the airport when we requested it.
