This was a great place for a one-night stay. I'd stay again. I didn't drive, so ordering the food they offered was the most convenient option for me. Luckily, it was good food and great service.

It was a clean and spacious room! The staff was friendly. There was construction on property but it didn’t interrupt our stay. It was very convenient to get to the airport and they provide transportation. Would definitely stay again!

I love this place very quiet area and safe area as well. However it would make the process easier if you have liscense plate at the front of the your car. Overall very simple design of the room and practical for simply needing a nights rest and leaving early.

We chose this property because of it’s proximity to the airport, but maybe it’s too close, you hear airplanes all night, it’s also in a residential neighborhood that goes through a security gate were they ask for specific address of property and Expedia has the wrong address of property therefore it was a huge hassle to get pass security gate. The staff are extremely nice and friendly, but the bathroom was moldy and looked dirty

I would totally stay here again. It was recommended to us by some friends. However, at the beginning there was some confusion over the place because of their main building L'Aurora Inn and this one. I was recommended their main building and there was no information about their second location, so I had to make sure it was the same business. I had to call them directly. Besides that, this is a very convenient place to stay at for traveling. It's like 5 minutes from/to the airport. They offer free shuttle at any time. The building is recently renovated. The bed and furniture are pretty new. So, the condition of the room is excellent. If you need a hairdryer, it's not available, not a big issue for a short stay. The only things that we would consider important to fix are: 1. the wi-fi connection, the TV kept disconnecting. 2. The lamps and water had a weird flickering. 3. Not enough hangers in the bathroom for stuff. The staff is very helpful and kind. They are also attentive. However, they might need to work on communicating better as it felt like information wasn't shared between shifts that well. I still give it a 5 star because it didn't affect us negatively, we would just resolve it with whoever was at the front desk. Overall, this was a great stay. If you are looking for easy access to the airport, consider this one.

Unfortunately the only good things about this hotel are: the beds, the reception staff (MARVIN, EDER and ALLAN) and the security of the area. We were 3 people. The “horrible” breakfast, stale and cold. After many complaints, they improved it a little. The bathtub drain was clogged, they had to replace it. Only three miserable hooks to hang clothes, not a single shelf over the sink to put things for personal use. A very unstable internet and on the last day, we did not have hot water all day. The receptionists did everything possible to make our stay better, but even they lacked the tools to do so. At first we were told that they would not change our towels, but since we complained, then Allàn requested permission for them to be changed. During our stay, we asked for salt and pepper for breakfast, and only on the last day were we given salt. In such a situation, I feel that the price paid was a scam. I assert: the receptionists are the best thing the hostel has. They should be given recognition for having to show their faces in that place.
