「- Access: 1.5 - 2.0 hours by taxi from Bandaranaike International Airport. - Climate: Dry season, 25 - 30°C and comfortable ocean winds. - Appearance of the hotel: Graceful, sophisticated design that integrates the local arts, culture and plants with a Western, modern style. - Staff: Gentle, modest and professional. When we got in a few troubles, they always supported us so quickly. - Restaurant: We enjoyed and loved the various kinds of local food, cookings and beverages with beautiful scenery...

「Shabby room in desperate need of updating. The air conditioning rattles louder than the local train line behind the hotel making it difficult sleep and there is no ceiling fan to keep cool as an alternative. The furniture is stained, possibly with mildew. The bathroom has limescale, mould and a blocked sink. The bathroom towels were frayed and grey. The light switches had been weirdly painted over. Uncomfortable bed and bedding. The water is not drinkable, yet they only give you 2 small bottles...

「Very nice to stay! Highly recommend.」

「The room was very clean. The staff, super helpful and kind and always ready to respond.」

「Delicious foods. Old hotel and rooms are old looking. door locks not working well. Outside view is nice. Security is excellent. Nice swimming pools.」
