「Excelente todo el personal. Ariel siempre atento a lo que requirieramos. Lo recomendamos y obvio vamos a regresar」

「If you like peace and quiet, you will not find it here. There were children everywhere and they are loud! The noise starts in the middle of the night. 「Everything was great!」

「I was unable to actually make my reservation due to circumstances beyond my control, the staff were extremely helpful and communication was superb. I do look forward to visiting this property in the future.」

When I arrived at the hotel, it was already 22:40 due to the chaotic traffic jam. (I should have arrived at 19:30, but a flight delayed, immigration delayed due to black out and jam caused another delay.) The kitchen was already closed and there was only 1 receptionist in the hotel. She prepared (cooked) a pizza for me. I have never had such experience...
