"Do not be put off by the strange entrance: The reception is reached by a lift from street level. The hotel has charm and all the staff are incredibly helpful. The hotel even arranged a wine tasting for our party of 7. Liliana and her team had dressed the room and matched each of the wines with a tasty snack. The location is also great as you can stroll to the cathedral and the monastery museum."

"The place looks great in the photos, but the reality was disappointing. The building exterior had dirty windows and visible cracks. Inside, the room wasn’t clean, a torn pillow and long hairs in the carpet. Spa area: mold in the pool and humidity in the shower. To top it off, we were charged $7 for two Nespresso capsules in the room that seemed complimentary. Definitely not worth the price."

"The cleaning service was Amazing!! The attitude of one on the front desk when I arrived was Horrible!! Just one guy!! The rest of the staff was very nice and friendly, The restaurant and the service was outstanding and very good breakfast, lunch and dinner!! I’m coming back to this place!! "The Hotel is very nice, pretty new and modern. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast could improve slightly, maybe offer eggs and yogurt and cereal, but overall very adecuate. "
