「Apartment was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly, but the lack of a dedicated front desk made it difficult to find assistance when needed. The listing stated a 2-minute walk to the beach, but in reality it took 8–10 minutes from our room. Carrying chairs and an umbrella made the walk more inconvenient than expected — this was the biggest downside.」

「Why upgrade my room and tell me I can’t use the room If I do I will get charged maybe the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard…so why upgrade me…they are very limited in towels the only give you two, you have to pay to get a clean towel…..」

「Everything was great. We had really nice views of the water and the sunsets off our balconies. Met all of our expectations we had going into this. We only had one thing that was a bummer that was no fault to anybody but mother nature. The beach has almost disappeared. The erosion of the white sandy beaches has taken it away. 5 years ago when we were here (same resort) we had lots of beach, now its almost none. We still made the best of it and still enjoyed it but sad to see. Over all though,...
