「Friendly and clean environment. Daily housekeeping which I really appreciated」

「The worst hotel experience ever! Dead bugs in the drawers when I tried to put my clothes away. Brought to management's attention. They pointed to a sign on the desk that I had not seen at check-in. Management needed to be notified within 20 minutes of room issues. Fridge did not seal properly. Took management over 36 hrs to replace. I purchased a rachet strap to keep it closed & protect my food. Fridge was replaced. Old fridge taken outside with ratchet strap still on it and my food still...

「I would have appreciated a clearer picture of the property and its amenities.」

「Starting to show some wear and tear, stains in bathroom, but overall not bad, AC kept turning on, even with thermostat turned up above room temp, so just shut it off. Road noise noticeable on Weekends, as hotel is on main road but location is great. Not happy that we made an error, our fault and booked an accessible room but couldn’t move. They have coffee and tea available 24/7, and there were two little...

「Excellent stay! Recently renovated hotel. Convenient location with easy highway access. Good value for the price. Highly recommended for business traveler and construction workers. Would definitely stay again!」

The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the Penthouse needs work: - There were not many dishes or silverware in the kitchen. - The dishwasher is in a very tight spot between cupboards so that the door will not actually close because it bumps into the wood on either side. - The outlet between the beds was loose on the...
