"Room nice and big, Breakfast was good. Only issue was they do not tell you that you need to request room cleaning. 1st day they didn't touch the room, 2nd day all they did was drop off fresh towels. The room was never cleaned during the Thur-Sun stay. A little disappointment. "

"Never saw housekeeping for the duration of my 3 day stay. We ran out of soap and body wash that took 1 day to get. The back entrances were taped shut. The courtyard was dirty and every night had homeless in it. The only hotel ive stayed at that doesnt offer a continental breakfast. It did offer a buffet for $30 per person. The air conditioner barely worked. The first night it was 79°, after i complained and they came to fix it, it went down to a balmy 74 (sarcasm) overall would not recommend at all"

"Staff was very nice and the overall property was clean. The guy that took our coffee order every morning in the coffee shop even remembered our names!"

"Loved the night light in the bathroom. I always said that hotels should have that instead of keeping the light / fan with door ajar for the kids. I alwatslove a nice long sink counter for the makeup, etc.. The touch lamp was a great idea on the desk. Also, I liked having 2 pull down window shades. The one let the light in without anybody seeing in and the othere was for bedtime. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches are a great quick way to get in snd out."

"The location next to the convention center was ideal. The restaurant was great. We never got room service for three nights and the bed was too hard for my liking. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our favorite part was the shuttle service, it made getting around so easy. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We also loved that the front had items available to purchase if you needed anything. The complimentary breakfast was great and made us feel truly spoiled! 😊 we will be back! "
