「The door lock was broken, there was a lot of noise on the second floor, and the dog barked incessantly. I checked that breakfast was included, and he said, "Let me show you a picture of where it says so." I showed it to him, even though he knows perfectly well it's included. The breakfast was tasteless. The next day we had to find another place.」

「Very beautiful and historic hotel. Staff went absolutely above and beyond, they were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, pool was super nice and had lots of seating. One thing to note, is because of the historic nature of the hotel, there's not much for insulation/noise cancelling streetside. So if you have little kids, best to book an interior room if you go to bed early!」
