「We just stayed at Marcelo Beach Club these easter´s weekend. Our room was not ready at ckecking time. During our second day the room was cleaned close to 6 PM despite we departed around 2 PM to Lome for sightseeing. 「Ich wollte den angebotenen Flughafentransfer in anspruch nehmen und schrieb das Hotel mit meinen Flugdaten an. Daraufhin kam auch promt eine Antwort mit der Frage nach meinen Flugdaten fie ich wiederum sendete. Danach kam keine Antwort mehr. Ich schrieb das Hotel noch 7 mal an. Dazu noch zwei mal per Mail. Auch habe ich drei mal versucht anzurufen. Alles ohne Erfolg.

「Overall, the Maison Bleu has a lot of potential. The location is amazing and it offers a really relax atmosphere. However, lack of communication and very lazy decoration makes for a poor experience.
