The phone number on their website and profile is unavailable They never responded to come pick me up at the airport I've experienced water starvation for a night, they had to switch place for me The pool is nice, professional swimming masters I had to empty my trashed by myself outside my room

Ich wollte den angebotenen Flughafentransfer in anspruch nehmen und schrieb das Hotel mit meinen Flugdaten an. Daraufhin kam auch promt eine Antwort mit der Frage nach meinen Flugdaten fie ich wiederum sendete. Danach kam keine Antwort mehr. Ich schrieb das Hotel noch 7 mal an. Dazu noch zwei mal per Mail. Auch habe ich drei mal versucht anzurufen. Alles ohne Erfolg. Nach meiner Ankunft am späten Abend wurde auch gleich mit mir mein Gepäck auf das Zimmer gebracht. Dort roch es furtbar muffig und die Klimaanlage ging nicht. Die Reparatur wurde mir für den nächsten Tag versprochen. Am Mittag fragte ich dann auch msl nach und jemand stellte dann fest, dass die Klimaanlage defekt ist. Daraufhin bekam ich ein anderes, viel kleineres Zimmer. (Besser als nichts, dachte ich). Als ich mit dem Handtuch die Pfütze vor meiner Dusche aufwischte wurde das Handtuch richtig schwarz vom Dreck den man auf den ersten Blick gar nicht sah. Nach dem Frühstück fragte ich nach einer Flasche Wasser weil auf dem Zimmer keine war. Diese bekam ich dann auch nach berechnung der Kosten. Fand ich sehr unüblich. Die Liegestühle waren ohne Auflagen. Hier bin ich mir im Nachhinein nicht sicher, ob das nicht sogar besser war. Zum Schluß versuchten sie noch mir das Frühstück zu berechnen und ich musste beweisen, dass das im Preis auch dabei war. Eben wie der nicht erfolgte Transfer.
