"Hannah checked us in and was super sweet and helpful. We were traveling with a food allergy service animal and they were extremely accommodating. All staff we interacted with were great. The room was spacious bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. We had two queens and one was harder than the other so we jist played musical beds a little. Pillows were nice a squishy! Always a bonus for us. The bathroom is in serious need of a deep scrub and detail. Especially the shower. It was nasty but you could tell they just hit the high spots and it could use some extra tlc, especially where the walls meet the tub those lines were getting pretty bad, around the s"

"This property was selected based on price, amenities that mattered to us, and proximity to hotel for a 6am flight. Very bright and clean lobby area that flowed into the breakfast dining area. Bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, OJ, apple juice. The basics. No hot food. Just a toaster. Not a criticism, just giving realistic facts. But…across the road is Waffle House…need I say more? Room was very clean. Spacious. 1 King Bed and a small sofa. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our style of hotel is “perfect to meet our needs, but clean”. That is what Spark by Hilton provided. Definitely would stay here again!"

"the room was somewhat cleaned, the bathroom had some mold in the shower, i found hairs in the tub. bed sheets did not fit very well, i had to keep putting it back on the bad. the tile floor was missing grout, the water pressure in the shower was a joke. i will not be returning to this hotel again"

"Our checkin went smooth received cards to room & received adaptable room on 2nd floor . The room was clean & cold when we entered room I was not happy with no breakfast when I came down by 8:00 am . Everything was gone . I was lucky to get coffee. While sitting in the breakfast room & verbal loud argument started by a woman with long bleach braids behind the counter with another woman with a black top / black pants . The lady behind counter came toward her screaming etc at her& she back & she left the building. It was very unprofessional. We came back late evening for the night & no maid have entered our room to give us fresh towels or made up beds . The beds not being made up wasn’t a need to be done . I have never been in a hotel without service. This morning my husband went downstairs to get coffee around 8:00 sm no food & he said creamer was gone . When we’re were leaving no cups to get coffee . I checked out & waited for 15 mins waiting for an employee to come to front desk . I checked out & I Asked for a receipt. On the receipt was $234.00 for room 201 but not my credit card last 4 numbers. I paid for 2 nights on Expedia . I won’t be using your motel again. I get better service with Wyndham ( La Quinta inn & Holiday Inn . I paid $344.00 for 2 nights"
