"Not clean at all"

"Staff were brilliant, I must say that. The reception and restaurant staff deserve a special mention! The hotel inside just felt rundown, the bed was terribly noisy, the net curtains looked 20 years old and the aircon/heating near useless. Shouldn’t be graded as a 4 star in my own opinion. Perfectly fine as a 3 and the staff here make the trip worthwhile."

"Hotel was good if you want to live in a remote area and don’t want to go back to the city. Hotel has got an amazing spa and we enjoyed it. Also, there’s was lack of room amenities such as electric kettle and fridge was faulty. Apart from this, breakfast was good with limited or no choice for vegan/vegetarian family. If you want to visit Barcelona city, the only train station in La Garigga is not operating at the moment and hotel staff will not advise you about it and they will suggest to take a private taxis which will cost £100. Luckily, some locals suggested me to walk at nearby bus stop and there we took free shuttle for Barcelona city. Overall, this hotel is not a 4 stars so be aware. Good luck."

"Our experience here was fantastic. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They even prepared a special surprise in our room for our wedding anniversary, which made our stay even more memorable. The location was also perfect — conveniently close to the train station, making it very easy for us to travel to both Barcelona and Blanes during our trip. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options and was perfect for starting the day. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place. We will definitely be returning in the future."
