Lindo hotel rural

Magnifico hotel en un lugar muy lindo. Las habitaciones buenas y el desayuno súper! Fue muy difícil encontrar el lugar tarde en la noche y más por carreteras de montaña. Tratar de conducir al hotel en la noche si no conoce el lugar no es nada que recomiendo, aunque el señor de la recepción fue muy amable y nos ayudó a encontrar.

Mejorar la limpieza de la vajilla

muy bien, lo unico es la limpieza de la vajilla en el restaurante que estaba fatal.... había que sacar 10 platos para tener uno que parecía limpio i secarlo con una servilleta porque estaban mojados. Los cubiertos también estaban fatales, com comida pegada, triste, imagino como sea con el aforo completo. Un hotel muy lindo i excelente para los niños

Hotel para niños que gritan

Eramos los unicos huespedes sin niños. Habia tantisimos niños que el ruido era insoportable y constante durante todo el dia, sobre todo en el comedor que parecia un comedor escolar. Fuimos a una excursion guiada por el guia Jordi y una parte del grupo casi nos perdemos porque el nunca fue a mirar si todo seguian la ruta, algo muy peligroso ya que iban muchos niños y yo estando embarazada, perdidos en la montaña. El ultimo dia tuve gastroenteritis y estabamos de pension completa, asi que seguramente habia algo en mal estado en el buffet. La piscina cerraba de dos a cuatro de la tarde, sin motivo alguno. Alucinante....

Note this really is a hotel for families with kids. Everything revolves around that. When we arrived there was loud music in the courtyard, a side room with dad's staring at a tv screen showing the football, and pictures online of a buffet dinner was enough to convince us we had picked the wrong place.

Niños 100%. Hotel totalmente preparado para estancias en familia. Bosque, juegos, piscina, animaciones.. Gran equipo sobretodo los animadores y restaurante. Hay algunos detalles a mejorar: -flexo ducha tan corto que no se puede colgar en el soporte que a su vez está altísimo. -manchas en paredes (es normal en un hotel para niños.. pero alguna revisión haría falta)

Todo está pensado para que no falte detalle para los más pequeños. El servicio muy bueno y la comida exquisita. La única cosa que no me pareció bien es que en la piscina climatizada dejen entrar a personas que vayan con ropa y calzado de la calle que pisan los.bordes de la piscina que luego los que nos bajábamos pisábamos descalzos.

Es un hotel ideal para ir con niños.

He estado en el hotel con mi hija de 6 años y todo el día hacen actividades dedicadas a los más pequeños. El personal y los monitores son encantadores y la comida tipo buffet muy completa y muy buena. Lo único que no ví, es que tiene piscina climatizada y pienso que es otra gran ventaja del hotel.
