「Very comfortable room. The service was from Hannah the concierge was incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely be choosing to stay here again next time we visit Norwich.」

「No communication via Expedia/VRBO but eventually made contact directly. Issue on arrival with no keys or gate entry and it was pouring with rain. Resolved quickly as another arrival had taken all the keys from box!! Reasonably spacious airy flat in good location close to nightlife and shops (but not riverside or cathedral view as advertised) but close to both. Easy walk into all the amenities in town. Stay would have been better if there had been an information pack with WiFi code and how to...

「We found the upstairs apartment to be just right for us, what more can I say. a) A view of the river from the apartment. b) Watching or the "newbies" trying to come along side and more their boats (which by the way is hilarious) c) A shop at the end of the road which sells everything you'll need. d. Oh ........ and I nearly forgot to mention, two pubs within easy reach ........ one winch is right next door ..... perfect.」
