No communication via Expedia/VRBO but eventually made contact directly. Issue on arrival with no keys or gate entry and it was pouring with rain. Resolved quickly as another arrival had taken all the keys from box!!
Reasonably spacious airy flat in good location close to nightlife and shops (but not riverside or cathedral view as advertised) but close to both. Easy walk into all the amenities in town.
Stay would have been better if there had been an information pack with WiFi code and how to work appliances and what you needed to do when leaving property but Emily quick to respond to messages.
Sadly couldn't access the nice chair and table on balcony to have breakfast in sun.
TV in bedroom not near plug or aerial and impossible to move furniture due to back injury. No ironing board and at least two of the rooms had iron marks on carpet where previous residents obviously struggled Also limited towels left out for 3 adults and some of the kitchen equipment not clean but easily resolved once we purchased a sponge and washing up liquid
Reasonable price for location, and the fact it has free parking on site, will be fab if the few minor issues resolved
