「Wonderful location, clean and the beds are so comfortable. Very nice」

「Overall for the money the place was decent. Unfortunately the WiFi only worked one day while there. I did communicate with the property manager that did their best to help us out with that. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy at night. We always came back before dark so no worries for us.」

「The rental was as advertised! GPS did take us to a different parking lot, but we easily navigated to the correct building based on unit number. The king bed was very comfortable and the entire rental was extremely clean!! Bathroom was a little small, but that is to be expected in a condo. There was plenty of parking. You could tell the neighborhood/complex was an older establishment when you drove up, but it was a nice part of town, and the area was quiet. The owners did a nice job on the inside...

「We stayed here for three nights for a wedding. The condo was very clean and was in an excellent location for walking to restaurants. Claire was wonderful to work with and provided very good and explicit communication.」

「We were in town for two nights to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. She received her College of nursing pin on Friday then University graduation ceremony on Saturday. Check-in was a breeze, parking was no problem at all, and the downtown location was fantastic. We walked to Carson‘s for dinner and to Rupp for the ceremony. Will certainly consider this property for future weekend stays during football season…」

「Serenity Place is a swanky and cozy condo in such a great location to downtown. We had no shortage of options of places to walk and things to do as the condo is right across from a plaza where they have live music on Thursday and a farmers market on Saturday. Restaurants and bars surround the place and our group was very happy with the location. The condo is beautiful and was roomy enough for our group of 6 to be very comfortable. The property owner was very responsive and was a delight to...

「This flat was bright and sunny with decent spaces. The bathroom was spacious. Very basic stock of kitchen supplies - but who wants to cook when you are surrounded by so many great restaurants within walking distance!」

「The last time I visited Lexington we stayed at the 21C. This apartment is in the same neighborhood - great location - numerous dining options within a couple blocks. We visited a few of the distilleries in the area and had a blast. I would definitely stay at Claire's place again.」
