I blasted the heater and put a towel under the door but there was still cold air coming in through the hallways. Don’t understand why be so wasteful. I had to put on layers to sleep and my face was frozen every day."

"We had a wonderful stay! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, we never had an issue finding chairs at the pool, loved snorkeling in the cove, and enjoyed seeing the sea turtles every morning while drinking our coffee. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the food wasn’t as tasty as we hoped it’d be however, having the shuttle service came in handy so we could try other restaurants nearby. "

"Check in very quick and efficient. Room very clean, could do with a bit of an update. Room would be better with on extra easy chair. Very well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee machine, a kettle was available if required. There was also a laundry room, a water machine and reef friendly suncream available in the reception area.
