"The hotel is beautifully decorated with art in every floor and modern appliances in the room (bathtub, toilet, bedroom). In terms of location, the hotel is close to a lot of stores and restaurants, so it’s convenient if you want to stay and walk around the “downtown” area. The room is spacious, specially the bathroom since it has a full size tub and stand in shower. The staff was friendly and professional during our stay, so I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place to stay...

"Hotel was clean and modern. The rooms were a little bit small for a family of three compared to the hotels we stayed in Osaka and Tokyo but the location of this hotel was the best by far. It was right across from Kyoto station and central to everything. There is a small mall across the road and a larger nicer mall just down the street plus many food options in Kyoto station and only a 30/40 minute walk to the other popular areas. "The hotel sits above the train station and is a remarkable building that seems to stretch into the clouds it is that big. The service was excellent as were the size of the rooms. the hotel is looking a little tired but worked well for our visit being very central to everything obviously great for the trains and buses.. the bus terminal is conveniently outside and perfect for your sightseeing with a flat fee of 230 yen per trip."
