「We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. 」

「This was a very comfortable house. Unsure why it has anything less than 5 star reviews. It was convenient to everything. In fact, I wish we could have stayed longer. If there was a larger group there, there may be an issue because there is only one bathroom, but for the price, you cannot beat this. Its basically across the street from food and grocery stores. Convenient to Charleston, Folly Beach, and anything you need. It is a duplex. Just be aware because people get confused for some reason....

「We travelled to Charleston for an extra long weekend. It was amazing. The house was very clean and the highway traffic noise did not bother us in the least. There were restaurants, breakfast places and shopping all within walking distance. It was easy to get to all the places we wanted to go. Would definitely stay there again.」

「We were incredibly impressed with how spacious the place is. The pictures don't give you a true feel for how big the rooms are. The main living area and kitchen are well done and have everything you need. The girls loved the massive master closet and the spacious master bathroom. The balcony was the perfect spot to watch a thunderstorm roll through in the morning. 「We rented the property during our sons graduation. It is in the heart of downtown Charleston, walking distance to a lot. It has a soul restaurant literally 20 steps from it. It comes with the challenges of an old house, but at the same time it was quaint. It was very clean and has everything you will need. I would gladly stay again.」

「The house was perfect for our needs. Offered plenty of things to make our stay enjoyable like fresh towels, great shower pressure, Keurig to make our tea. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly and the neighbors hosted a loud party while we were there. Overall it’s a cute house at a great price but neighborhood was a bit concerning.」
