「I didn’t like the fact that you couldn’t smoke outside of the balcony」

「We stayed on 5/19-5/21/24. The check-in was perfect. Lots of help, informative and kind staff. The room was clean with extra towels. A little musty due to the humidity but not the fault of hotel. Once the air was on it was fine. The pools were well maintained and the beach was right out front. Didn’t use restaurant. Parking wasn’t far. Had security at night idk about daytime wasn’t a problem. I would stay again. I like the family feel of Surfside. You’re going to have to drive either way to get...

「Love it, the kitchen in the rooms it was a plus」

「Room was updated and clean. The King Oceanview in Pinnacle was a nice layout with mini kitchen and necessary flatware and dishes and icemaker. All plusses. The room was great, AC cold and view was awesome. No complaints on this stay.」

「The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!」

「Took a solo trip to this property just to get a mental break and was very satisfied....Booked a double suite ocean front room because it was the only one available online..called to confirm my reservation before traveling and asked if I could possibly swap out my room for a King oceanfront suite and Ms Penny in reservation granted it! 「We stayed for a weekend. It was not perfect, but clean enough. Close to the boardwalk and right on the beach. Has a small older condo feel to it. We didn’t go into the new building that sits between the two older ones. I would return. I like having the kitchenette, separate bedroom, great view of the ocean and steps from the boardwalk.」
