This is the perfect rental for exploring all that Charleston has to offer. You’ll find out quickly why Charleston has been voted #1 City in the U.S. by Conde Nast and Travel + Leisure. This house is located across from the beautiful Cigar Factory office space with great restaurants like Mercantile and Mash!

This is a beautifully renovated apartment in the heart of the city that is great for anyone who is here to enjoy downtown Charleston! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 3 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Center of it all
We rented the property during our sons graduation. It is in the heart of downtown Charleston, walking distance to a lot. It has a soul restaurant literally 20 steps from it. It comes with the challenges of an old house, but at the same time it was quaint. It was very clean and has everything you will need. I would gladly stay again.

Race Weekend
The property was nice and as described. It was clean and a nice location within walking distance of everything we needed. Only down side was the individuals below us were in the noisy side which was a downfall given we needed to be up early for a race.

Perfect place for a Charleston visit!
This place was ideal for our weekend with my teenage son and our French exchange student. It was a short walk over to the free shuttle to take us to to the sites in the French quarter. The bedrooms were comfortable, with plenty of space for us to relax after a day of siteseeing. The kitchen had all the things we needed to make breakfast before heading out. So much better than a hotel, and our excellent host was very responsive to the one question we had. I'd book this one again!

House needs work!!!
We were disappointed in the condition of this home. There is paint coming off the walls in the small bathroom off the living room. The ceiling fan is nasty filled with dust and dried up bugs. in the bathroom off the laundry room there was a constant dripping of water through the ceiling onto the sink countertop. The blinds in the front bedroom are all busted up so the light from the street lights is shining through all night. There is a spot on the upper deck outside the unit B door that will soon break through from rot. Overall this property was overpriced for its location and condition.
