「We really had a good experience with Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana. We have been to a few All-Inclusives and this one has been the best so far. The staff was very attentive, friendly and always willing to answer questions with an honest reply. An honest reply you don’t get very often, if ever. We had a butler assigned to us by the name of Jacobs, he truly was an amazing person to deal with and did whatever he could to make and keep us happy. Definitely will be coming back again. 」

「Staff is incredible and the entertainment team was a blast! Tons of activities to do during the day and shows at night. Did water aerobics in ocean, dance lessons by pool too. The beautiful grounds were so nice to walk around and fun to see the peacock, ducks, and fish too. Would definitely return!」

「The pool and beach are nice. However, the hospitality and other items (see below) were very poor and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my stay. We had to wait more than 2 hours for check-in. The room was double-booked and there was a different family staying in the room. There was no apology for this, and it took another hour for the room to be offered again. There was no cooperation between the front desk and guest services, and everything took a long time to be done. I saw a guest...

「El hotel esta bueno primera vez que me quedo en el adultos pero si e estado en el de al lado el palace 3 veces asi que es mi cuarta vez en esta cadena de hotel la comida muy buena y variada el entretenimiento muy variado y divertido lo unico que no me gustó es que llego un grupo de como 50 personas afroamericanos y de verdad que se lucieron haciendo mucho ruido por todos lados , no tenian control con sus fiestas y musica alta y fumando mariguana por todo el hotel hasta por la madrugada sin...

「We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! 」

「This property was clean modern and staff was helpful and friendly. Especially Angelo and Antonio at guest services. Our room was very clean and always fully stocked. The specialty restaurants were really good for an all inclusive. Overall we had an excellent experience and would recommend and definitely come back. 」
